STEAM OR DRY CLEANING
Remove dirt, dust and allergens from your office carpets and rugs with our exclusive cleaning systems. We Steam Clean or Dry Clean your carpets and rugs for the same price. You decide based on your current need, but don't worry, we will guide you through the process to determine what is best.
Pricing is based on daily or weekly cleaning programs.
Range: $.08 - $.18 per square foot
TILE & GROUT
We use the Turbo Force Spinner! This high PSI, high temperature cleaning tool will blast away dirt and grime from all grout and tile floors.
We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way. With Torch Floor Cleaning, clients know exactly what to expect: professionalism, efficiency and exceptional results.
Tile & Grout Cleaning includes a two-step process that utilizes a powerful pre-spray and forced steam cleaning.
Charges are based on size not room because of varying tiled areas.
Tile & Grout Cleaning: $0.34 (34 cents) per square foot with no hidden fees. Grout Sealant can be added for just $0.14 (14 cents) per liner-foot.
TO DETERMINE SQUARE FOOTAGE, SIMPLY MEASURE HOW MANY FEET FROM ONE WALL TO THE OTHER AND THEN MEASURE THE DISTANCE IN FEET BETWEEN THE OPPOSING WALLS. TAKE THOSE TWO NUMBERS AND MULTIPLY THEM WITH ONE ANOTHER. THAT IS YOUR SQUARE FEET.
WOOD FLOOR CLEAN AND BUFF
Oh, the Beauty of Wood...
Wood Floor Cleaning and Buffing is a Torch Cleaning specialty. At just $.38(38 cents) per square foot, you will have an amazing floor and fuller wallet. The price decreases to $0.34 (34 cents) per sq. ft. after 1,000 square feet.
We also provide Wood Floor Buff Finishing (medium to high gloss, low slip finisher used) and is just an additional $.12 (12 cents) per square foot.
MARBLE & NATURAL STONE
Beauty and Luster!
Not much to add... Natural Stone speaks for itself: Simply Gorgeous!
Marble & Natural Stone cleaning is $0.44 (44 cents) per square foot. Price is reduced to $0.40 (40 cents) per sq. ft. after 1,000 square feet.
To add a high gloss, low slip finish add just $.16 (16 cents) per square foot.
